Step #1 Identifying Opportunity: Franchise Teacher provides a FREE consultation for those looking to: A.) Buy a franchise B.) Turn their existing business into a franchise, or C.) Grow their existing franchise concept. While each of these three strategies have their own unique marketing strategies, Franchise Teacher will address each approach in a specialized manner.
Step #2 Follow-Up Consultation: Once an opportunity has been identified, either Chris or Dave will follow up with an email or phone call. During this initial contact, we will email you a brief personality assessment. After the assessment is complete, we will schedule a follow-up consultation to determine the best strategies moving forward based on your strengths and interests.
Step #3 Finding the Right Fit: The next step will be identifying the right franchise opportunity for you. For example, if you are interested in purchasing a franchise, we can help you discover the best opportunities for you. If you are interested in franchising your own concept or growing your existing franchise, Franchise Teacher will set up a feasibility study and guide you through the next steps.
Step #4 Operational Task Completion: Franchise Teacher will guide you through all of the operational and legal tasks associated with the franchise opportunity. We will also provide you with solutions for integrated operations, customer relation management, and marketing.
Step #5 Ongoing Consulting: Our ongoing teaching, coaching, consulting, and advising will continue to evolve and scale with your business. You will be free to focus on your business and leave the franchise management to us.
